Dr. Piotr Moncarz is a Polish-American engineer, tech entrepreneur, and Consulting Professor Emeritus at Stanford University who has been based in Palo Alto for decades. He played a central role in the success of the publicly traded firm Exponent as well as the startup XGS Energy. As head of the Poland in Silicon Valley Center (PolSV), he is one of the chief architects and advocates of scientific and technological cooperation between Poland and Silicon Valley.
